Emergency services are at the scene of a four-vehicle crash on a Scots road.
The incident occurred on the afternoon of Thursday 17 June in the Cardonald area of Glasgow.
It is not yet known whether there were any fatalities as a result of the major crash.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “Around 4.40pm on Thursday, 17 June, officers were called to the Corkerhill Road area of Glasgow, following a reported four-vehicle crash.
“The road is currently closed and emergency services remain at the scene.”
The road has been closed between Mosspark Boulevard and Mosspark Drive with traffic diverted to Paisley Road West and long lines expected.
Emergency services are simultaneously dealing with a multi-vehicle crash on Minard Road in the Shawlands area of the city.
There were no injuries in the Shawlands incident but the news comes after a woman was hospitalised as the result of a multi-car crash in Ayr earlier on in the day.
