Yoga Sound Meditation – Free Event

Experience the uplifting and soothing effects of transcendental sound at this fun and informal mantra immersion evening hosted by kirtan leaders and meditation teachers Neil and Bella.

What it’s all about: Kirtan is a call and response musical meditation from the yoga tradition, considered the most potent form of meditation in this day and age. Bathing in and singing these powerful transcendental sound vibrations cleanses the heart and the mind and brings peace to the soul.

We open our session with a guided breathing practice and a resonant mantra circle that takes you deep into a meditative space. Then, sing along with ancient mantras in a call and response format.

Beginners are highly encouraged, all ages, voices and experiences welcome!

The session is free of charge, donations are welcome to cover the rental cost. There is no need to bring anything and chairs will be available.
